WINEMAKER'S NOTES

At Chalk Hill, we have spent decades exploring our land to identify and understand the specific characteristics of individual sites and blocks. To illustrate the unbounded potential of the Chalk Hill Estate, selected lots from the noteworthy 2006 vintage were identified and given individual vinification. In the cellar, the best barrels from these best blocks were selected, blended, and bottled to create a cellar-worthy wine of opulence, power, breadth, depth and grace.
