2000 Estate Bottled Chardonnay

WINEMAKER'S NOTES

Harvested beginning in mid-September from hand-selected clones throughout the Estate, this Chardonnay blends great flavors and textures. Traditional Burgundian winemaking included barrel fermentation (34% new oak) with native yeasts, and nine month sur lie aging. Complex flavors of lime, red and yellow apple, tangerine and quince combine with elegant length and assertive texture to make an unforgettable Chardonnay experience.
