< 2005 Imagine Cabernet Sauvignon

COMPLETE TASTING NOTES

From Fred Furth's philanthropic efforts comes the 2005 Imagine Cabernet Sauvignon. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each bottle will be added to the ongoing efforts of the family's personal goal of helping disadvantaged children.

Grown on the Chalk Hill Estate, the 2005 Imagine Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep inviting wine, with concentrated aromas and flavors. Gently vinified from hand-selected grape clusters and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, this wine presents rich fruit character combined with a full and textured palate.

Aromas of black cherry, cassis and cigar spices are mirrored by dark berry fruit, sweet tobacco and vanilla flavors. This wine will age gracefully, developing more intricate flavors over time in the bottle. Enjoy this wine with beef short ribs, pasta bolognese, or pork medallions.
