The limited production cuvees ratchet things up considerably. The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon/Carmenere smells of charcoal, graphite, blackberries and raspberries. Elegant and medium to full-bodied with Bordeaux-like austerity and structure super-imposed over beautiful fruit, this lovely blend should drink well for 15+ years.
